18 Nov 1 Suspected poacher killed

Field rangers in the Kruger National Park had contact with 3 suspected poachers near Crocodile Bridge in the south of the reserve on 26 October 2013. During the contact, 1 poacher was fatally wounded, a 2nd suspect was arrested and the 3rd suspect managed to escape into Mozambique.
A.458 rifle, ammunition and poaching equipment were recovered.
